Other popular tacos are our Brisket and Beef Tacos (These are not traditional tacos and have unique twists!)

I run a combination of these tacos; you will never find them all on the same menu, as I rotate them around. Please check Facebook for my current menu.

Vampire Tacos

Walleye Tacos

Beef tacos, filled with shredded beef, french fries, nacho cheese and sauces. — Beef tacos- shredded beef, topped with fries, nacho cheese sauce, Clyde’s sauce, & bacon.

Loaded Fries (may be Tots this year!)

Crazy Clyde Fries- combination of creamy mac-n-cheese, handbreaded chicken, bacon, ranch & BBQ sauce.

P.B.R Fries- topped with dill cheese curds, cheese sauce, pickles, bacon, and ranch.

Jalapeno Popper Fries- Jalapeno fried cheese curds, jalapenos, bacon & Clyde’s sauce. HOT HOT HOT!!

More loaded fries-topped with Mac-n-cheese, jalapenos, and BBQ. I usually add pork on top of these, too!

Brisket sandwich with side of mac-n-cheese and coleslaw. — Brisket Sandwich served for a catering event.
