This is the short version of how my business came to be.I have always been passionate about cooking and acquiring knowledge. This passion has led to failures and triumphs both in my personal life and in my business life, I like to blame this on my ability not to stay focused on one task very long, I bore easily. But in the end my failures have strengthened my business and made me stronger. Here are the highlights of my history.
Born in a kitchen with a midwife in the state of M.I. (only one in my family not born in N.D)
Homeschooled
6 siblings/ no we are not catholic
We were poor/ raised all our own produce/meat/ate venison (deer) all the time……
Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu.(Culinary Arts College)
Married my high-school crush/local farmer/rancher
Had two kids with the farmer boy/built our own shouse.
Worked in various restaurants/cafes/business across N.D.(2006-2010)
Managed Red Willow Café for a few years.
Started teaching a Culinary Arts class at the local High-school.(still teach full time!)
Started my own catering business (11 years ago now!!) which evolved into Chocolates and the upcoming food truck.
Hopefully will continue to grow!
